Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

Package Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange item will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
